Therapeutic approach: Maxine provides therapeutic care specific to you and your needs. Working at a pace to suit you, in the sessions you will be able to talk about your experiences, thoughts and feelings, from the past or the present; and explore what has been holding you back from leading the full life you can live. Exploring your inner world and your relationship with others and the world around you; over time you will find yourself feeling more comfortable within yourself, with a greater sense of knowing who you are, and how you wish to forge your path in the world.
Therapy sessions are offered on either a time-limited basis or long term, in person, online or hybrid.
