About Mahen
Dr Mahen Jhugroo is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience supporting individuals through psychological challenges. Mahen specialises in trauma recovery, anxiety and depression, relational dynamics, burnout, and self-esteem issues. His approach is grounded in understanding each client’s unique life experiences, allowing him to develop personalised treatment plans that promote meaningful change and personal growth.
Mahen is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Division of Clinical Psychology of the British Psychological Society (BPS). He completed his training at the National University of Ireland, Galway, and the Institute of Education at University College London. With over 12 years of experience in Mental Health Services, Mahen has developed expertise in a range of therapeutic modalities, including:
